Short, because there is little to say: this site reads more than it collects.
What this site collects
Calculators and checklists stay in your browser. The dates and figures you enter into a tool are processed on your device to show a result; they are not sent to this site or to anyone, and they are not kept for another visit. Reloading the page clears them.
Ordinary server records. The network that serves these pages records the address a request came from, the page asked for and the time, for security and to keep the site running. There is no analytics script and no tracker on these pages, and nothing here sets a cookie.

The sell-it-to-us form
The form collects your name, phone number, email if you give one, the ZIP where the car sits, the car's details and anything you write in the notes. It is emailed to us and a person calls you back; it is not sent to the partner buyer. The site's own server keeps only the vehicle, ZIP, page and time of a request, for 90 days and with no name or phone number, so we can see which pages produce requests. By sending this you agree that a person from Sell My Car Boise may call or text this number about your car. Your details are used to answer this request and for nothing else.
Where the offer goes
The instant offer buttons lead to the partner buyer's own site, where you enter the car's details under that company's privacy terms, not these. This site is paid a referral fee when a sale completes through that route. Read the buyer’s privacy terms before entering vehicle or personal information on its site.

Links to government pages
Links to the Idaho Transportation Department, the Tax Commission, the Legislature, Ada County and the City of Boise open those agencies' pages, under their terms. This site quotes them and links to them; some guides show annotated crops of the agencies’ forms, with links to the original PDFs. The guide figures do not collect form entries.
